Home Office: This site helps explain what the government is doing to reduce problematic drug use among young people and what programmes are already in place to educate them about the dangers of illegal drugs.
Drugscope: Contains information about drugs including solvents.  Also contains a very comprehensive report into the Drug situation in the UK and a full Drug Action Team list.
Scottish Drugs Forum: Devoted to the drug and solvent problem in Scotland.
