Category 1: Manufacturers, trading associations, trade unions, distributors, retailers.
Employing >30 people: Annual fee £150
Employing <30people: Annual fee £75
Category 2: Local authorities, health authorities, police authorities, DATs.
Annual fee: £75
Category 3: Medical practices, voluntary organizations, schools.
Annual fee: £25
Category 4: Individuals.
Annual fee £12
