"A Loaded Gun" is Re-Solv's latest retail awareness video. It informs retailers of their responsibilities under the Cigarette Lighter Refill (Safety) Regulations 1999, which make it an offence to sell cigarette lighter refills containing butane to anyone under the age of 18 years.
