Helpline facts and figures

Re-Solv's Freephone National Helpline number is 0808 800 2345.

The line is manned between 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays).  Outside of these hours, an answer phone message provides details of an emergency contact.

All calls to the Helpline from a landline telephone, are free of charge.

The main aim of the Helpline is to provide immediate information and support to enquirers.  

The Helpline became operational on 14th April 1999.  The service was trialled until February 2000, when the service was officially launched.

Re-Solv staff have access to a UK wide database of referral agencies which enable them to refer callers to facilities in their area.

Re-Solv has produced various informative materials which can be sent out in response to telephone, written or e-mail enquiries.

Re-Solv is a member of the Telephone Helplines Association who work with Helplines to achieve the highest quality response to all those seeking help and information via the telephone.

The Helpline is registered with Typetalk.
