Helpline for children and young people in danger or distress. Offers telephone counselling, support and advice for any child with any problem. Refers children in danger to appropriate helping agencies.

Operates telephone helpline for the families and friends of drug and solvent users.. Offers information about drugs and details of local support services nation-wide. Provides support and counselling relating to the caller's own concerns, family relationships and anything related to the drug-using situation. Runs training and offers support for people working with drug users. Open Mon- Fri, 10am - 5pm (Tue open until 6.45pm).
